The first step to create a communication channel in Atvise Connect is to configure a new connection. To do this, you need to navigate to the "Add Connections" icon, which is identified as follows:

In the main interface of Atvise Connect, look for the "Add Connections" icon. This icon is commonly located in the top toolbar or the side panel, designed for quick and easy access.

After this, we will specify the type of connection. To do this, select a connection to a PLC ACCESS.

In the next panel, we will choose the protocol. In this case, we will specify that it is Rockwell.

Finally, we will instruct it to perform a search for PLCs available on our network. This will involve scanning, and we will select the PLC with which we want to communicate. As a result, these parameters will auto-populate. It's also important to specify the port.

We will leave the next panel at its default settings, as it will automatically discover the CPU slot and type of PLC to which we want to connect.

Finally, we need to save the connection settings and then navigate to the icon for variable visualization. This will allow us to explore the connection and locate the data from the PLC.
