When multiple instances of the Funnel are installed, the configuration utility shows "THE CURRENT COMPONENT IS OFFLINE" when attempting to configure.
Additionally, the Funnel services are not visible in the Windows services panel, but the instance folders are visible in the "c:\program files (x86)\matrikon\OPC\Funnel" folder.
This is a known bug in Funnel version 3.2.0.8654 and 3.1.5.8303. The installer is unable to create services in Windows 11 and Windows Server versions > 2019. It is expected that this will be resolved in later versions. Meanwhile, the following workaround exists
Step 1: Open an elevated command prompt by pressing the Windows start button, typing "CMD," and right-clicking the shortcut to select "Run as administrator"
Step 2: In the command prompt, navigate to the Funnel instance folder using the "CD" command. Example
CD "c:\program files (x86)\Matrikon\OPC\Funnel1"
Step 3: Once there, run the funnel with the "-service" option to register the service in Windows. Example:
"OPCFunnel.exe -service"

Windows does not print a response to this command in the prompt, but if you go to the services panel, you will see that the service has been created

Additionally, ONCE THE SERVICE IS STARTED, the GUI allows you to configure the instance
Repeat the procedure for each instance, ensuring you change the folder in the command prompt
