Purchased atvise licenses must only be activated in the production server. To make test in different machines, we can provide demo licenses with no commitment. To prevent an inappropriate use of atvise licenses, please read carefully the atvise® SLA document.
However, in some cases it is needed to move a license from one machine to another. In those cases, please follow the next simple two steps:
1. Contact our technical support team, they will give you a License Exchange Form that you must fill in, sign, stamp and send back to them. Find an example of the License Exchange Form at the end of this article.
2. Our technical support team will check the form. If everything is correct, a new license will be added to your user account in your atvise customer area, so you can apply it to the new computer.
This process is completely free while your atvise Technical Support Contract is in force. Otherwise, a fee must be paid.
