This is a guide for how to create a PDF document signed by digiSigner pdf and generate a document valid for a license movement for vNode Automation.

The license movement letter will be sent by the assigned technician to your ticket. If you haven't received it yet, please request it again. The letter will be sent in link or email format, and you should follow these steps:

When the client requests a license movement through the ticket, the assigned Engineer will send a link similar to this one: https://www.digisigner.com/online/index.xhtml. In this link, you will need to create a user to proceed.

To create a user, select the option "I don't have a DigiSigner account yet":

In the subsequent panel, please enter your email address and the password you'd like to use. It's crucial to ensure that this email aligns with the one you utilized for initiating the support ticket. This ensures that the assigned Engineer can seamlessly dispatch the PDF to the same address.

After hitting enter, a new panel will unfold, showcasing the documents awaiting your signature. This platform also provides a comprehensive history of all your license movements for your reference. If you encounter any issues or have further queries, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Locate the file requiring your signature, typically named "License Movement." On the right side, you'll find a button labeled SIGN. Please click on it.

This action will open a new window displaying the content of your PDF. You're required to check the box indicating your acceptance and then proceed by clicking the getStarted button.

Navigate to the document section labeled "Signature" and choose the area where you'd like to sign. Subsequently, a panel will appear where you need to input your name:

Click the Sign button. After that: Simply press the Done button at the top, and your document will be signed:

By clicking this button, you're signaling to the assigned Engineer on your ticket that the document has been signed. They can then download it to proceed with the license movement process.

This process is implemented to ensure that there is a record on the document, confirming that the PDF was accessed by the correct individual, granting authorization for the license release.
